I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nielsen (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2010
Interview
The phone interviews I had were the type of "getting-to-know-you" type of interviews. They were designed to trip you in anyway. They were really relaxed. My last interviewer asked me if I'd be able to start the following week at the end of the interview.
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nielsen (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
