I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nihilent in Jan 2022
Interview
The hiring process is divided into three rounds. First is an Online Test, second is the technical interview, and finally HR discussion round. After getting shortlisted in the online test I gave the technical round. It was held through Google Meet and was a 1 on 1 interview.
The interview consisted of questions on OOPs and on your project. I was asked questions on HTML, CSS, .Net Framework, and C#.
The questions were basic but the interviewer asked to elaborate on the topic and give examples in some questions.
In the end, I was also given a logical question and the interviewer asked me to give my solution.
I was shortlisted for the HR round.
