I am a qualified and diverse candidate. They reached out to me in about 14 days - which I was surprised it wasn't in the first 5, but the need may not have been immediate. Recruiter called and left me a message on my voicemail. No attempts have been made at this time to send an email as well on the behalf of the search. This is a red flag for me and only states that you "trying to make an attempt" at poor due diligence to diversity and qualifications. After review of the company, reported turnover, and Employee dissatisfaction, I really had to determine if being their HRBP would only be a significant waste of my time and energy for a paycheck. Doesn't seem worth it!
