I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nike Communications (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, which is one with HR and the VP and one of the junior mid-level. It was really enjoyable being able to learn further about the agency and the kinds of team offered. as a flag, they don't really take internship experience as professional experience which can be very frustrating. As someone who is fresh out of college with extensive experience it is difficult when your internship experience has been significantly discounted based on what counts as "professional experience"

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nike Communications (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
Process was straight forward and generally included discussing my experience and where they thought I would be a fit rather than working for a specific role from the beginning. I had one interview and then passed along a writing sample as well as previous work then was contacted 3 weeks later from the team.
I had a very fluent and responsive interview process. Everyone I talked to was nice and everything was professional with organization but they kept things comfortable. I never felt too much pressure.
