Initial hour long call with recruiter. Followed by an hour long interivew with an engineer. After this received a take-home to build a chat app. Requirements were ridiculous (production ready code, tests etc) and was asked to complete over the weekend. After couple of weeks, was informed my take home feedback was positive. Following this had an hour long interview with head of something. A week later had another one hour long interview with another head. A week later had another hour long interview with another head. Was ghosted for couple weeks and was declined. Overall process took 5 weeks and it felt arbitrary. I felt a lack of complete diregard to candidate time.

Way too many phone calls. At least 5 before I got to anyone with technical background. When I actually got some technical screen there was still no coding challenge or anything and I didn't get a callback. Wasn't sure what I messed up on. The next interview would have been with the CEO.
