Applied via Handshake. First went through a 72-hour coding challenge, I passed that, there was a behavioral round for 30 minutes, then another 72-hour coding challenge. Both of those challenges were non-trivial, and you get to learn a lot by actually putting the time working on them. It was a time consuming process, but the interviewing team (especially Mike) from Nimble Robotics were responsive throughout that you feel like they are not trying to waste your time. It's a rapid growing startup after all, it makes sense they are being selective and thorough.
