Interview
I Applied through Handshake and heard back the same day (after an hour) from HR. The first round is a 72H take-home challenge in Python involving TCP sockets OpenCV Multithreading Docker and Kubernetes about creating a client-server using aiortc (check the GitHub repo) where the client and server exchange frames of a bouncing ball.
Then an HR round asking some behavioral questions followed by another 72H take home about creating a Chat application (frontend and backend) using your preferred frameworks that should handle signup login logout messages upvoting and downvoting,
Then a technical round about Horizontal scaling and Multithreading then another technical about software testing.

Implement an asynchronous channel that can be used for communication between threads such that all the data sent will become available for receiving in the same order. send should not block the thread it was called. Receive will block until the sent message is available and the block should not waste CPU time on busy/spin wait

Way too many phone calls. At least 5 before I got to anyone with technical background. When I actually got some technical screen there was still no coding challenge or anything and I didn't get a callback. Wasn't sure what I messed up on. The next interview would have been with the CEO.
