Interview
The Head of Talent reached out to me after I submitted my resume via HandShake platform. The process consisted of various rounds, starting with a 72-hour python coding challenge, which required you to build an application that satisfies certain requirements. Next is an intro call with the Head of Talent, which basically is used to check if you are a suitable candidate for the role. Following this is another 72-hour take home challenge, this time requiring you to build a full stack web application with given requirements. Next up are a set of technical interviews with various members of the team. Finally, there is a discussion with the CEO.
The whole interview process is well organized and it is properly defined in the beginning itself. Huge appreciation to Mike, the Head of Talent, who has handled the complete process smoothly and made it easy for the candidates. The two take home challenges give you a taste of real world work and allow you to demonstrate handling of non-trivial problems as well as your production level coding skills. The interviews are also really productive and feel more like an insightful discussion rather than a QnA session. Overall, I believe the company knows what kind of candidate they are looking for and has a great vision going ahead.

Interview
Way too many phone calls. At least 5 before I got to anyone with technical background. When I actually got some technical screen there was still no coding challenge or anything and I didn't get a callback. Wasn't sure what I messed up on. The next interview would have been with the CEO.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nimble Robotics in Jan 2025
Interview
First it was a 72-hour hackathon, followed by a HR call. Then it was a techinical interview with a senior. There should be another techinical and another round with the CEO.
