Received call 1 week after application, very cordial communication with the hiring manager, set up interview for the following week. Was not informed I would be doing a panel interview. Interview went well with positive reactions from all present, process lasted about 45 minutes. Received a call the very next day telling me I was no longer being considered for the position but did offer me a lower position in the company with less than my desired wages. All in all I would say it was confusing at best, it felt like I wasn’t even considered for the position.
