The interview process was rather dicey. The recruiter communication was poor and at times unprofessional. Went thru screening phone call, manager interview then onsite meeting ( panel interview). overall I found the interview process very disorganized.The onsite meeting ... they were confused who should be in the meeting and they were trying to send invite to people to attend the meeting...this is while I am standing there waiting for them to start. Next day the recruiter called asked for references and said it is urgent, when provided info to him , he never followed up .. very unprofessional.Total waste of time.
I expected something more professional , organized and respectful from a Japaneses company
