I found the interview process at Niterra to be lackluster. I completed an initial phone screening and 1st Teams interview. I have interviewed with many companies (large and small) and when comparing Niterra to others' process I found the communication to be low, unexcitable and frankly, unprofessional. The initial contact I spoke with let me know that he had a same-day interview time available when we talked, but he just needed to confirm it with the manager. I let him know I did have a prior engagement but would be happy to reschedule if he was able to confirm on his end. I waited and never heard from him at the agreed upon time. There were no attempts to respond to my email or voicemail checking to see if things had changed. Approx. a week or two later I received a call to schedule the interview and was told something came up the day we had talked last - no apology for failing to provide an update. Reluctantly I agreed to setting the first formal Teams interview. Not a smooth start. During my interview I asked the manager what KPIs are measured in this role or by the company to indicate success. He flat out told me "theres no KPIs"....I found this odd. Never have a met a successful business who doesn't know how to measure progress or success. They also mentioned they had been looking to fill this role for a very long time which came off strange to me also. At the end of my interview I was told I would hear back on next steps, which I did not. However, had I, I would have declined. This was just my experience so take that as you will. My impression was that the business model was antiquated and that the employees were not very high level.
