I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noble Schools (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
The hiring process was more of a conversation between myself, the assistant principal and the dean of discipline. During the actual interview I got the feeling that both interviewers wanted to genuinely get to know me as a person for the specific position that I had applied to. I didnt feel the pressure of most interviews, and remained in a casual relaxed conversation about why my passion is working with children.
