The interview process started with a brief screening call focusing on background, motivation, and role fit. It was professional and clear, but I didn’t receive any follow-up or feedback after this initial stage.
It was an easy interview. The interviewer seemed to understand my "different" technical background and showed interest in my skills. I was mainly asked how I can employ my capabilities to the current and future projects.

Was very long .. 5 interviews.. but pleasant. people are very approachable staff..arround 4/6 month long recruiting process.
