First phonecall with the hiring manager, followed by in-person 7 man panel interview of 3 hours. The overall interview process was a lively experience which did not feel like an interogation. There was back and forth information and questioning about my current role, past experience and what I will work as in the future role. However, after asking for my references and making me beleive I almost had the job before I was rejected.
