2 technical round interview, 1 hr round and then offer from company...techinal interview was 1 hour long both time and hr round was one hour long....first round was telephonic and next round was in office
Typical recruiter screen, but when waiting for interview email I was ghosted. Not sure what is happening with their recruiting department. There needs to be better oversight over their recruiters or hr team.
it is rather an interactive process, it covered not only questions and answers. It is more bidirectional that includes both questions on technical capability and conversations exchanging job expectations and understanding.
