Contacted initially via phone by a recruiter and sent email details on initial phone interview which after successfully navigating questions about my overalls Logistics experience, secured a second, video interview with Senior Operations Coordinator and Operations General Manager. They each asked different questions about my past experience, personality, and the company’s work, mission, and driving factors.

First, I had a 20 minute phone interview in which the position was described and basic questions were asked about my background. At the end, I was told that they wanted to move forward with a zoo interview. During that interview, behavioral questions were asked, but it wasn't too hard.
