It went very smoothly, and I got to talk to the GM and another manager or assistant manager. They were thorough, and allowed me to ask my own questions at the end. The hardest part was finding experiences to share that fit their behavioral questions. Definitely read through example questions beforehand so you can come up with answers and not have to sit there and think forever.
