I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied through my university's career job board and was called to schedule a phone interview the next day. The phone interview is pretty basic and they are mainly just trying to figure out how well you speak over the phone and what motivates you. At the end of the interview, I was asked to schedule a in office interview. The interview was very relaxed and they asked a lot of basic questions such as: Why Nolan?, What motivates you?, What is your strongest weakness?", etc. I did have to do a mock phone call, which is pretty straight forward. They give you a product and location and you have to make a cold/warm call. They are mainly looking for how comfortable and confident you are able to speak on the phone rather than what you know about 3PL, so don't sweat it too much. I was then asked if I would like to continue in the interviewing process. I did, so I was contacted by the recruiter via email that I would receive a quick phone call to speak with the HR director. This is more of a conversation rather than a phone interview. After that phone call I received a job offer the next day.
I was interviewed by 2 managers and they asked me a series of questions. Most of the questions were geared toward situations and your previous experience. They want to know how you will react in certain situations.

Interview
Great process and very informative. The process was a dual procedure interview where you begin over the phone and finish up with a zoom call. Be advised you will need a computer to interview for this as it may hinder the interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Super fast and easy. Got an email via LinkedIn and within a week I was at their offices for an interview. They were friendly and clear on the goals of the role from day one.
