The interview questions were harder than the typical Google interview, yet the compensation is lower, perks aren't as good, and since it's a health insurance company, upward mobility is likely much more limited. Interviewers were working during the interview and barely paying attention.

Like others here, I was "cold emailed" SEVERAL times to set up a Zoom call to discuss a job opportunity with Nomi Health and led to believe through these emails that they were interested in me specifically. The interviewer started the Zoom call around 5 minutes late, which is fine, but it plays into the notion that the recruiter (internal recruiter) didn't seem to know anything about me. In fact, it felt like I had to try to convince them that I was a good fit for the role (aka do the recruiter's work for them).
It was obvious by the end of our call that 1) I wouldn't be hearing from them again 2) it was a waste of both our time and 3) despite the recruiter's apparent-persistence over email, it's likely all automated, and the recruiter probably didn't so much as look at my LinkedIn profile prior to our call.
Frankly, this is garbage.
