It took a little long but everyone was transparent and super nice. The job and the requirements for the position were explained clearly. The mission of the company was a big draw to apply to Nomi Health.

Question 1
What strategies have you used in the past that could apply to this company and the proposed position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nomi Health in Jan 2022
Interview
Like others here, I was "cold emailed" SEVERAL times to set up a Zoom call to discuss a job opportunity with Nomi Health and led to believe through these emails that they were interested in me specifically. The interviewer started the Zoom call around 5 minutes late, which is fine, but it plays into the notion that the recruiter (internal recruiter) didn't seem to know anything about me. In fact, it felt like I had to try to convince them that I was a good fit for the role (aka do the recruiter's work for them).
It was obvious by the end of our call that 1) I wouldn't be hearing from them again 2) it was a waste of both our time and 3) despite the recruiter's apparent-persistence over email, it's likely all automated, and the recruiter probably didn't so much as look at my LinkedIn profile prior to our call.
Frankly, this is garbage.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nomi Health
Interview
Applied online. Heard from recruiter within a week. Scheduled initial Zoom session. Recruiter was disorganized and didn’t seem to know much about the role (they couldn’t answer any of my questions). I was told I’d hear back soon to schedule time with hiring manager. Haven’t heard a peep.
