      Executive Assistant Interview

      Jul 11, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nomura in Aug 2009

      Interview

Interview process was efficient and organized. Since this position was to support very high level exec and act as liaison to all his direct reports, I had to interview with approx 5-6 others as well. Dialogue was good, nothing tricky, they just wanted to understand poise, organization and experience of candidates.
