Application process, phone screening and interview - they all commence rapidly and smoothly if they are interested. The recruiter is professional and pleasant to talk to. I was surprised by the friendliness of the hiring manager during the interview! It was the best interview in my experience. No scripted questions, no overly technical questions, just a friendly conversation and "vibe check". I left the call with an optimistic and hopeful feeling. Unfortunately, I was not selected, but I am still glad that I had this wonderful experience.
