The campus hiring process consist of Aptitude test, they test you on basic maths and mostly on english and logic. Then if selected the second round is Interview. They will expect you to know everything you have put on your CV. They will expect you to know basic things about their company as well.
Smooth with some real life questions and situation based questions. Requires critical thinking and determines the management skills of the interviewee by the way the question is answered by the interviewee.
