Met with the Global head of the departmet for the first time. He asked several questions around business knowledge and IT experience. Interviewd with 2-3 managers more the next time round and sealed the deal

Interview
There were two rounds. I applied through a consultant and my profile was shortlisted. First round was a telephonic HR round. Basic questions like Tell me about your experience, why you want to leave your existing job etc. Then I was told about the job profile and benefits. Second Round was F2F with Senior Manager. Questions were about my experience, technical questions on Reporting and Regulatory questions. I was given the JD and told to mark what all things I am doing in my current role. I ticked all the things, so I was asked then there is nothing new that you will be doing here. I explained that with my expertise, I would be able to make process improvements and told a few real life examples if my previous organizations. He didnt look convinced but I got the offer anyway.
