Started with online test along with submitting answers to 2 questions. Next round was a phone interview and the final round was assessment centre, which consisted of 2 interviews and group exercise.

Interview
Was asked basic questions. Why Nomura, how much do you know about what you are applying for. Also some basic behavioral questions, such as, whats your favorite subject, what do you want to do in the future, etc. Took about 30 minutes overall for the on-campus intereview. During the last minutes, I had time to aks questions, and the recruiter kindly explianed backgrounds of the field.
