I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nomura (Mumbai) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was very technical and elaborative. If I wouldn't have been hands on with the technology I am sure I couldn't have cleared it. There were 4 rounds , telephonic Technical round as the first one followed by in person technical interview with India Team . Followed by another round of interview with a regional counterpart. And the last one with Division Head and HR

Interview process was streamlined and very reasonable. It was a couple rounds of technicals, software then brain teasers, but nothing outlandish.
The people themselves were very pleasant which was a refreshing surprise from a corporate environment.
