This one's not about an interview but a Group discussion at an MBA college campus for internship for the role in compliance...
In my opinion it was very clear that the panelists didn't give more weightage to the quality and relevance of points being spoken by the participants but were more concerned with points like:
Who started first with the discussion and also on people who spoke repeatedly although their content was not that relevant and also repititive at times...
I strongly believe that a fair chance was deserved by people who spoke less but spoke to the point ...

The first round is with an assoc or analyst lasting 30 min via teams, mostly behavioural but some technical questions.
The final round consisting of three 30 min interviews with diff seniority team members.

Contract types along an infrastructure deal's life time?
1 screener/intro call with 2 behavioral/technical rounds. Not very difficult at all if you prepare and they wanted to gauge true interest in the industry. Would recommend having a specific group and deal prepped.
two round interview mostly project based question with a bit of d s a questions and puzzle and critical thinking questions. Hr round was basic and easy with no difficult questions
