Only one manager has came to the interview. I was going through a recruiter company. Just asked my background and previous projects. Then asked me to details of implementations. A challenge I came across. How I resolved it.

Interview
I was told that there would be no live coding. Less than 10 minutes before the interview was due to begin I got an email with some source code and instructions to open it in an IDE and make sure it builds. It is a multi-part interview, the questions are average difficulty.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nomura (Mumbai)
Interview
There was 4+1 additional round of interview:
1st Round was Technical round: 2 interviewer were taken interview-> All goes well
2nd Round was Techno-Manager round : All was related your Project and task and some technical question.
3nd Manager round -> Question was around all the Project and technical experience and reason for job change, all went well but they stuck at my package expectation , even though it was 50% hike . The package details I already discussed with HR before interview scheduled and they were agreed to it.
4 Round HR-> Same they stuck at my package expectation even though I was ready to negotiate.
Again HR schedule one more round (Business)due to my package expectation
5 Additional Business Round: Again after all the personal and professional discussion they again stuck at my package expectation.
If they are not ready to give desire package then why they scheduling the interview and wasting the candidate expectation and time.
