I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nomura (Hong Kong) in Nov 2013
Interview
I took one interview, and it lasted for 20 minutes. The HR asked me questions around 2 topics. 1. Situation with little instruction/some ambiguity DURING INTERNSHIP? What did you do? What's the result?
2. In that situation, how did you apply academic knowledge to working? What was the result? Or, did you apply your logical thinking skill here?
3. How did you supervisor comment on your performance?
4. How did that ambiguity affect you? What did it mean to you?
5. Describe a challenging experience. What is the challenge? How did you manage it? What's the outcome? If you were given another chance to deal with the challenge again, what would you do differently? What other improvement you could make?
6. How did you motivate yourself when things went wrong?
