I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nomura (Mumbai) in May 2021
Interview
Got in touch with the Department VC through LinkedIn. From thereon the procedure took place very quickly. The first round was extremely technical. The role was specific to interest rate swaps and I was grilled on that as well as various other questions on derivatives. The second round was supposed to be another technical round but the interviewer did not ask any technical questions because the first round went very well. After the second round I was contacted by the HR to start with the formalities for the job.
