Applied online, got invited for first interview in 3-4 days. I've only been to the first interview, and got invited to the assessment centre (but haven't booked a date yet). The interview was pretty relaxed, just went through my CV and talked about my course, project work, education, motivations as to why Nomura & Investment banking, etc. + Two short questions about financial terms : bonds and stocks, easy stuff for anyone semi-seriously prepared for an interview. Absolutely did not expect to be given any exercises to solve, but I was given 2, I did pretty bad on them, I'd say I've failed them both, but still got invited to the assessment centre, I guess I did very good on the other questions.
