Interview
Questions asked are fairly basic however vague and not sure. Interviewer assumes a set a model answers and a set route in attaining that answer. Any deviation from the model answer would be rewarded with a "you are not qualified look".
Interviewer only willing to give out namecard in the middle of the interview after 10+ technical questions asked in details. To be more precise the namecard seems would only given out if and only if the candidate attained a certain knowledge level criteria.
Personally so not like the company culture.
Professional questions with a clear focus on teamwork, advancing the goals, and understanding of the marketplace and greater economic trends. Friendly and courteous team. Process was straight forward and clearly defined.
I have attend 4-5 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, other managers and the department head. Good experience. Last round was a face to face interview at the office. However didn’t manage to secure an offer.
