Interviewed with HR in London over phone. Eventually progressed to final round phone interview with Sales & Trading staff in London. Progressed to final round in-person interview with Sales & Trading staff in New York. Got offered job.
First round interview was mostly behavioral. One VP from the field, and one HR rep. They were both very nice during the interview. No tech questions! Got notified of super day invite 2 days after first round

Interview
2 people interviewed over the phone. First 15m behavioural questions, like teamwork, leadership and why Nomura. Second 15m it was brain teasers, such as 49*49. It was ok, and the guys were nice and providing hints if you struggled with the brain teasers.

Math problems at the beginning, which only took 5 minutes
