The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nomura in Dec 2015
Interview
Very friendly interview, basically behavioural questions, such as how you are going to reaction under different circumstances, what is your differentiation point etc.
I applied in November and got the phone interview in December. It ran smoothly.
To prepare for the interview, do suggest to do some research on Google and find out some common behaviour questions. Prepare as many examples as you can. Elaborate them during the interview so that HR could have more to drop down.
The first round is with an assoc or analyst lasting 30 min via teams, mostly behavioural but some technical questions.
The final round consisting of three 30 min interviews with diff seniority team members.

1 screener/intro call with 2 behavioral/technical rounds. Not very difficult at all if you prepare and they wanted to gauge true interest in the industry. Would recommend having a specific group and deal prepped.
two round interview mostly project based question with a bit of d s a questions and puzzle and critical thinking questions. Hr round was basic and easy with no difficult questions
