2 Rounds of interviews on the same day
First Round for technical with very basic level of difficulty with total 3 questions which lasted about 7 minutes which was with Executive director with 15 years experience. The job anyways is very different than anything you do in B Schools or CA courses.
Second HR interview for half and hour with food and coffee in relaxed mode, questions about family and all. doesn't really require intellectual strength to fake answers and make a junior associate happy.
Off Campus:
you get in mainly from personal contacts and consultants,
you can have telephonic interviews and\or video conference or physical one,
more round of interviews and difficult questions depending on how smart your manager is
