Had three rounds- hiring manager, local colleague, global colleague. Never heard anything - completely ghosted for 6 weeks before I got a generic rejection email from the recruiter. Not respectful of me as a person or candidate considering how much time and energy I invested. I won't apply there again.

One of worst experiences I’ve had. I had 3 calls in total and no show for my 4th call. I simply got “apologies X didn’t join the call” nothing more and 2 weeks later I get a rejection. My first call was with their talent person and other ones with the senior HR. If a HR person thinks that she can simplify not turn up for the interview and not even apologise then I have a feeling that HR simply doesn't really care and does what it wants and there is no one to straighten them up - most of the people executives in that team have been there for 8-15 years so they probably feel too comfortable.
