Straight forward interview, hardly any business questions, not much to talk about. Mostly questions about past experience and education. Expectations about new job as well. Most questions related to old job
Interview process is pretty calm and composed. The assessment and evaluation is done based on technical and behavioral factors both. At times there are too many rounds of interviews as there are are multiple approvals required. However has a good pay scale as compared to the other banks on the street.

Great place to work. Really good people who wants to be there. Shame that they are cutting in size. During interview they were checking how fit candidates are with the existing teams
