Interview
On the first day I had to give 3 interviews which were in security lending for 3 different profiles as I had experience and knowledge in IT and finance. The interview questions were basic like 'Tell me something about yourself and why you want to join this company.'. The technical inteview consisted of basic questions related to what is security lending and what is Nomura's role in this entire process considering they are I-bankers, How would they make money,etc.
In a weeks time I got a telephonic interview with someone from UK. That interview also consisted only of basic questions like mentioned above.
