Few parts to the process, but overall straight forward. One of the managers will direct you to speak with them in a group interview, then give you a call to let you know if you got the position or not.

Interview
Overall all very simple and easygoing. Just show up professionally and know about the company. The main areas of focus is your experience, how well you work with others, and how to navigate this position.
Had a general, 10 minute phone interview over the phone followed by an in-person interview with shoe depeartment manager.
Depending on what season you're interviewing or the manager at the store you apply to, you may also have to demonstrate your ability to sell in a 1 on 1 simulation with a manager.

Interview
The interviewing process was lengthy, I went to three interviews and on the last one, I met with my store’s manager and her regional manager. It was a very lengthy process but respected. Nordstrom values the right things so not just anybody can get the job.
