Interview
Was asked:
1) Why did I choose Nordstrom
2) How do i feel about working on commission
3)Tell me about an experience where you lost a competition
4) Tell me about an experience where you had to work as a team
5) Tell me about an experience where you had to work with a difficult customer
Then had to go on sales floor and sell an item to the manager
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
