Interview
If you pass the online app. they give you a call for a phone interview. Make sure you are in a quiet area. Then they bring you in the store for an interview you honestly dont know where you will be placed so if you apply for cosmetics after the interview if they decide to put you in juniors you have the option of declining or accepting
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
