Interview
Apply online for the position even if you are referred by a friend. You receive a phone call with a set up date for interview. The interview is super casual jeans and button up. Typical interview is with the nicer manager. Basically tell them what they want to hear because they need the help.
Met with the Assistant Manager. Asked questions about service, answering phones, and knowledge of cocktails. Went over resume and asked to explain take aways from each position. Overall the interview was pleasant. It took about 20 minutes.
