Applied online, was called a day later to have a phone interview with the department manager. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. After that, we scheduled a one on one interview with him which was pretty much the same questions. After the interview, I was shown around the store, and the department I applied for. I didn't get a call back for 2 weeks, when they told me they would call me within a few days. I thought they weren't interested anymore. To my surprise, I got an unexpected call wanting to schedule an interview with the store manager. She was nice and it was actually pretty laid back. I felt confident about all three interviews. They were very professional, efficient, and made me feel at ease during the interviews. I got a call back about a week later saying I was hired. They also check your references. Definitely the longest interview process I have ever had. I don't know if they are picky, or just busy, or maybe both. Whatever the case, be patient. It's worth it.
