I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied online and about 4 days later received an email to schedule a phone interview. The next day I spoke with an HR employee who asked me standard interview questions and reviewed my résumé with me. At the end of the call she asked if I would be interested in an in store interview, which I accepted. I met the shift supervisor the next day, and again answered standard interview questions. She gave me a tour of the store and told me she would call me in the next day or two. It has been a week and I have not heard back.
