I applied online and then a recruiter called for a phone screening and after that was an in-person interview with the department manager. The phone screening was just asking about my availability and my previous work experience, the in-person interview was testing my technical skills and soft skills.

Very standardized interview with the department manager, all behavioral questions, was a little repetitive. Only one interview round. Make sure to ask about commission payout because it differs by department.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume. Do you have any sales experience?
Very simple, just an online interview followed by in-person. Asked about past experience and situational questions dealing with customers. Nothing too hard but always remain customer-oriented. Got my offer the following day and started the following week.
great and quick. they were very welcoming and asked a few questions. attended the hiring day event which was a bit better. They were very direct on what was to be asked of the job
