Interview
I went in for an interview and the manager was very nice. She asked me several questions about my sales experiay with the companyence and I told her about my past experience with Nordstrom and she was very impressed but was concerned why I had left the company in the first place. I told her at the time I wasn't sure where I wanted to go with the company and I assured her that I wanted Nordstrom to be a career choice for me and she would be able to feel confident that I would stay with the company. I was told she would get back to me and never heard from them again
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
