Interview process was quick but to the point. Asked about customer experiences that have stood out in the past and hour and day availability. Very professional and polite. One of the more pleasant interview processes.

Name a time you gave great customer service experience
It was very simple and easy. It was through a hiring event where they just asked me simple questions. I was hired on the spot. Took no more than 10 minutes.
Simple and to the point. Very informative of the role and responsibilities. Interviewer was welcoming and quick to get back to you afterwards. Hired within same week of the interview
It was very ordinary questions, nothing unexpected. They wanted to hear about my prior experience, how I felt about working independently and my work ethic. I did receive a job offer at the interview, but I really loved everything about Nordstrom. It was a great place to work.
