Applied online, heard from them within 2-3 weeks. interview is based on the department you're applying for. Example: BP juniors had a very relaxed process because of the nature of the department. They just asked about blogs and how you would service the young customer.

Question 1
You notice a garment is not fitting the customer properly and they are frustrated. what do you do?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
