I had four, one hour interview in one day , and I had to answer the same question over and over, and then a day later, I got an email that they are moving with other candidates, such a waste of time.

pretty much everything is negotiated under the table and without any written communications. They'll over promise and under deliver and as none of it is written you get screwed. Get everything in writing.
