Interview
I got an email setting up a call, and HR called me to chat for about 15 minutes. We set up an interview in the store. I showed up the same time as everyone else interviewing, but they were for different departments and different jobs. We were taken individually into rooms to be interviewed by the managers of the department we would be working in. Everyone was really nice and a few days later I got an email with my job offer and schedule.

They ask what you would do in certain scenarios relating to customer service.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
